RXinsider provides unlimited customer service to all of our clients for training and troubleshooting concerns. We provide assistance to Academic Suite School Administrators with training of our systems as often as needed. There is no need for work orders, simply call or email your RXinsider account manager for assistance. You will always receive a personal and timely response.

Within each product you will not only find a comprehensive help guide for each section of the program, but also instructional videos are located under the help center.

If you are a student or preceptor having difficulties in either RXoutcome or RXpreceptor, please contact your school administrators for assistance.
