Students can now attach files to their hours log
When adding descriptions for hours, students can now attach a file which is made available to both the preceptor and school administrators.

Students & Preceptors can now be assigned to multiple regions
When managing your students and preceptors you can now apply them to multiple regions. For example, you may be using the lottery feature to require students to be scheduled to preceptors in their assigned region, but preceptors may be able to take students from multiple regions. This new feature will allow for that to happen.

Secondary Student Address
There are now fields to capture an alternative address for students within RXpreceptor. They may have a main mailing address, as well as a campus address.

Student IPPE / APPE Hours Log Alerts
There is now an option to have an email automatically sent to the Preceptor when a student updates their IPPE/ APPE hours. This feature can be turned on by the administrator under system flags.

There is now an option to have an email automatically sent to the Preceptor when a student updates their absentee log. This feature can be turned on by the administrator under system flags.

Hand Sloting Feature: Send Schedule Alert to a Student and Preceptor
When hand slotting you now have the capabilities to send an "alert" email to the preceptor, student, or both notifying them on the changes.

Google Map of Student Schedule
When a student views their schedule they now have access to a google map that pinpoints where all of their Preceptors are located. Please view the link for more information.

Google Map - Administrator View
When searching for Preceptors we now offer a Google map to view all of their locations. Click on the icon labeled 'Preceptor Map' located next to the help guide to view all of your preceptor locations. When searching for a preceptor you will notice we added a new icon labeled 'View Map.' This is where a single Preceptor location can be viewed.more information.

Evaluation Auto-Reminder Notifications
Under manage block dates you can now set dates for auto reminders to be sent to your students and preceptors for each rotation. This will alert them of when their evaluations are due. If left blank no reminder will be sent.
